From the time we filled up the enquiry form in their website www.coron-castaway.com, the helpful infos from Ted (gurangna), the driver who picked us up from airport, Ms Gigi, the most gracious, compleat host I ever met, her cousins and kins who cooked, cared, guided us, drove us around and so on, the caretakers on Castaway, it was all smooth sailing.
